In healthcare, properly fitting personal protective equipment (PPE) is challenging to find. With gowns that are too long, and gloves, safety goggles and masks that are too big, the safety, health and performance of our frontline workers, especially women, is put at risk, on the job, every day.

Hear from experts in the field including Hilary Gallin, MD, MB, creator of the FastLine medical device, Nicole Jiam, MD, neurotology surgeon-scientist at the Harvard Medical School & Mass Eye and Ear, Felicia Liang, a multidisciplinary product & service designer, and Karen Korellis Reuther, Design Critic at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design.
